No physics have been applied to default Frosty, with the Heavy Winter addon roads are a little more slippery and you'll need to increase your brake distance.

Place Frosty above Realistic Buildlng Lights mod.
Place Frosty above Drive Safely's Sound Fixes Pack to remove summer sounds like insect noises.

Important!!
- Frosty is a weather and graphics mod so other weather, HDR and environmental graphics mods should be disabled.
- Frosty should be given a HIGH priority in Mod Manager.

- Vegetation Detail: High
- Grass Density: High
Instructions:
There are 3 downloads, Parts 1 & 2 make up default Frosty, it's not important which order they are in but they should be given a high priority in Mod Manager.
If you are using the Heavy Winter addon place it above Parts 1 and 2 in Mod Manager.
All files are extracted so just download and place them in your mod folder.
