If turbine sound is too high for you open mod with winrar and go to: def/vehicle/truck/scania.streamline/soun­d/(both exterior_v8.sii and interior_v8.sii

Scroll down and find this:

Change down volume from 1.60 to like you want.

Save mod with winrar.
